I would cut down on the amount of forums until you have more members.

Yeah, we moved from a different site and had built up a decent amount of content there, so if it seems slow after a few days, I'll delete some of the forums. Thanks for the suggestion

I deleted some forums and the remaining ones are getting fairly active. If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know!
