For some reason, when I go to the plugins page in the Admin CP, I don't see anything..
(I already have a ton of plugins, I don't know what happened)

This can happen if you uploaded a file to the plugin folder that should not be there.
or maybe one of them are not working right.
did you upload a lot at once ?
if not try removing the last few you uploaded.

Try removing the ones that you
most recently uploaded.
Yes as Tierney says it is going to be one of your plugins that is stopping the page from appearing. After you have found which plugin is the cause could you let us know which one it was?

Well, apparently, my php file was bad or something, cause the one I made caused it.
(And I fail at php I guess)
If any of you could take a look at this and could tell me what's wrong, that'd be great.
