Kinda a request, but I want to make a new page ("chat.php") which has the entire forum theme, and an area where I can put an IRC chat page. How would I do this?

I can go into more detail if needed.

Isn't there a plugin for IRC on a new page?

Well, I used IRC as an example.
I'm actually using a chat service called Maichat.

I tried. They all do something like "help?=chat.php".

I want the URL to be "http://gamercraft.org/forums/chat.php".

Then do the second link i gave you.
