I'm not sure why but only Google and Yahoo! index my site. In phpmyadmin a bunch of search engines are listed but none of them have visited the site. Any way to fix this?

You need to add them manually in the MyBB installation itself, I believe.

They are simply there if and when those search engines visit your site. You first need to let the search engines know that your site is actually there

Google and Yahoo are usually quite efficient at doing that themselves though. Especially if you post links on big sites like this one.

And if you do some SEO.
I have yet to find any good SEO for MyBB though, else I'd link you.
