When I try to access certain areas of my admin cp I get this error (I just uploaded all the files and MySql database to this site from the old one, incase that could have caused this):

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
