500+ mb packed to 0
the total archive was just ~37mb the size of the first file ...weird
errm...

If the file is just 00000000000000000...
Corrupted archive? Or perhaps the second and third files are nothing but a single value repeated over and over and that value also appears in the first file, though knowing at least a little bit about LZMA that seems unlikely.
I would most likely say corrupted archive, but it IS possible that those files are made up entirely of 0s... though I would have thought they would still compress to SOMETHING like 20-30k
7zip is known to have a great compression ratio. From the looks of things it's combining all three files into the first one. I'm not sure though. :/
