Have installed MyBB about 4 times and each time i cant get the moderator or super moderator funtion to work (they dont have the delete or edit button on other postings)

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong or doesnt this funtion work

Is the user a member of more than one group? If so, is the primary group for the users set as Moderator/Super Moderator?
