all the links for users and forums do not work
my url is http://www.pokebomb.co.cc/forum/ and i just realized this they never did work cause i just got it installed and yes All of the required files and directories have the proper CHMOD settings but if it matters awhile ago i had to change some CHMOD setings

First aid: Disable SEO in Admin CP.

how do you do that?

ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Enable search engine friendly URLs? > Disabled. Or, rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess and it'll probably be OK.
