On the index of my forums it doesn't show the images such as New Posts, No New Posts and Locked. It has this

You should place the images in .images/ folder.

Looks like the images aren't in the themes folder.

Then how do I make it show.

Put the on off offlock images in the lugia theme folder.

It looks like they are a .png where the default images are a .gif, see:
http://lugiaspokemonisland.sitefrost.com/images/on.gif

Just rename the extension from .png to .gif

He doesn't have the png images in that folder:

http://lugiaspokemonisland.sitefrost.com/images/off.png

If you have installed the themes, please make sure that you have the right images path.

EDIT: I think the images already there now.
