I don't think anyone will do this as it is stealing their theme. And they could sue the coder who steals it.

Now what someone could so is make a runescape theme,but it will not steal their pics.

Also state if you want this done free or paid.

I can do it both ways,but due to past problems if you choose free I will still release it to the public.

I don't mind you releasing it public, i just need a theme similar to runescapes. I will give copyright pictures to Jagex.

First, contact them, and ask them for permission to use the images (if you include large, noticeable copyrights), and second: Paid or free?

If it's the official Runescape forums, you have about a million to 1 chance at them letting you use their images.
