Anyone know how to add that to the templates? I know you can i just can't find it for the life of me...
You can make it so you can only see one post. I just need the php code for it so i can add it to my template.

Just create a new template (of course, coding/designing it is up to you). You'd also need to implement it into the style/theme itself (like make the number of the post lead to the new template/page rather than just jumping to it). Those two things themselves are variable in how you do it, and as simple or complex as you want it to be, but getting it done is as simple as those two steps. I'm pretty sure that's all/how vBulletin does it.
I sort of like MyBB's approach better, since it takes you to the point of interest while still leaving you within the whole thread, but that's just me.
