I am currently having an issue with the default MyBB theme. It appears that the thead_bg.gif is not loading at the top Shoutbox, Our Community, etc. Why is the background image not appearing for the top of the table.
Also, I added back the "Powered By MyBB". But, can I still put my own copyright on the forum below it?

The .thead class has been renamed to .td
As for the copyright, it needs to link back to us; you can add whatever you want to it, just need the minimum Powered By message with a link back to get support here.
Ok, where do I go to rename it?

Yep, that would be fine
To rename it, go to ACP > Templates & Style > **choose the theme** > global.css > click to edit it in Advanced Mode > find the .td class and rename it to .thead

Just above where you were before, there's one called border, needs to be a . before that, so it's .border
