This is seriously annoying, every few times I go to the site it comes up with " Too many connections

15 " And, there is no way that there is a huge amount of traffic. This is not just happening to me. Please help, this only happens every now and then, but I shouldn't have to deal with this.

Did you check with the host first?

It works fine for me but possibly the mybbnew servers are having a hard time dealing with the load of all their accounts, contact them to see if this is a known issue.

You need to contact MyBBNew, not us.

The file in that error isn't even a MyBB file so yeah, nothing we can do.
