In your FTP look for cache and then inside cache should be themes and right click and find "file permissions".
I cant find the cache on the webhosting? I dont use FTP sir.

I have conducted some other tests on your site and it seem that whatever we try to access, we are always bring back to this actual view of your site.
May i suggest that you rename your file ".htaccess" in your forum main directory to ".htaccess_old" and see if it resolve temporarely your problems?
