I just changed hosts and have made sure everything is in order with the DB and forums. I use Google SEO and everything is working better than ever.
Well when I checked "Who's online" Everyone including myself is in an Unknown Location. How can I fix this so I know where I am LOL
Reupload online.php, Worked for me.
If you have rss ticker installed then get rid of it thats one bug with it.

I followed all the directions ..however it will not display.. what is strange ..is that if I click the link it brings me to where they are.

Then get your host to fix the actual cause of the issue, outlined in that thread. Clicking an Unknown Location always takes you to where they are.
Okay... that is strange it is an American server that also can put you in Germany. I will ask them LOL
