I stop my installation in this time.. So the next thing to do is to rename config.default.php to config.php & set permit to 777.

Setting permit to 777. Also..

The problem is i cant rename config.default.php & I cant set the permit to 777.. I also used filezilla or on the webhosting itself but I cant do that.

Please help...

You don't need to CHMOD it to 777, 666 is fine. Can you also explain why you can't rename it...?? Do you get an error message??

I honestly don't recommend any free web hosting though, for only a few dollars a month you can get a service that will cause you so much less hassle.

I have successfully installed three copies of MyBB on www.000webhost.com
I think it is the best free web host out there. I have tried many other hostings including zymic.com but non of them allowed out going system e-mails using phpmail function. But 000webhoost is allowing it and also I didn't faced any other issue during the installation or running of MyBB with there hosting yet.......however, the choice is yours

DON'T use 000webhost. They are awful. Try a Post2Host like http://www.zemhost.com

I completely agree, also with a paid host people would be more like 'oh nice forum, hold on while i register' instead, with a free they would say 'yeah right, this is a fail forum going down in 2 weeks'. Also you should have a paid domain too
