I have 1.4.10 files on a other mybb version database.How can i upgrade to 1.4.10 if i don`t know how mybb version i used on my db?

That is how you upgrade...it is the only way to upgrade. It isn't really that hard.
It can't exactly get any simpler, that is the process that's needed it's not that complicated to begin with. You don't want to upgrade to 1.4.10, you want to upgrade to 1.4.11. Not sure if you;re sure what version you're on though, are you sure it's 1.4.10?? Your first post isn't very clear.
