Can you give me a cool shotbox for users?

That's your opinion, use spicefuse, if you want a clean shoutbox, not everyone wants the samething you do, the chatbox is good, you can change your colors, use smilies and fonts.

I dissagree. I want a shoutbox with /ban and /notice, and as many features as possable.

My2Cent: Nobody should use a shoutbox. IMO discussions (also small talk) should be placed into the forums...
