1. Move a post from a thread to another thread in the same forum.
2. Move a post from a thread in a forum to another thread in a different forum.
3. Move a whole thread from a forum to another forum.

Use the moderator tools, you'll see them when you view a forum and check a box of the thread you want to move.

Where is "moderator tools"? How to go to "moderator tools"? I don't see "moderator tools" when I view a forum.

You need to view a thread, tick the posts you want to move, split them to a new thread, and merge the new and target thread together.
