Hi,
One of my member report that he cant access the site.
Below is the error message.

Method Not Implemented
GET to /portal.php not supported....
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.-

Any idea what went wrong?

Looks like it can't understand the GET request which is extremely odd... but it's not for everybody?? I'd ask your host, this doesn't look like something we'd have any control over or be able to do anything about.
