When I go into Admin Cp, the menu on the side is non existant, the clickable boxes are there but no text. In all the tabs, the same is true. feilds are missing and text is non existant, making it impossible to edit forums. I just installed this. Maybe I missed a CHMOD?

Not missed as such, more an odd settings being applied when the files were uploaded. Make sure ./inc/languages/english/admin/ is CHMOD to 755 and the files inside are either 644 or 666.
