I'm looking for someone to tell me what the next step is. Should I integrate a store with my forum? Maybe I should have subscriptions available for "elite" users? How can I market my adspace more effectively?
All questions I would pay to know the answer to. Are you running successful forums that bring you steady streams of income? PM me, I'd like to talk to you.

I will suggest one thing. Although the default theme is nice, i suggest a custom theme. Zomaian is a good person for that.

Does Zomaian pay you to advertise for him? You bring up his name in every custom-theme related thread.

As for a "next step", use a theme other then the default.
