Today I installed MyBB twice, reading the readmes VERY carefully. I chmoded the correct files, uploaded them to the correct place, had no errors going through the install but when I get to my page it looks like this.

I reinstalled, the default theme or the theme I downloaded both don't work. The theme I downloaded is also the same version as the mybb.
I'm not sure what to do!

Make sure ./cache/ and ./cache/themes/ are CHMOD to 777, folders inside are 777 and files inside are 666.

I assume this is the link to your site http://repulse.site.nfoservers.com/ can you activate the problem theme so we can see where the images are suppose to be.

There must have been something wrong with that folder or it's contents as the CSS files were given a 403, pretty much always caused by a wrong CHMOD.
