right now i have MyBB 1.4 in my main WWW directory - i want to make my main WWW directory a CMS and my MyBB 1.4 a sub directory at www/forum so am i right saying

• delete my files
• reupload at www/forum

everything should then work fine???

You don't need to delete the files, just move them to your new folder. Change your board URL and any cookie settings before you do the move though to save complication.
