Hello,

I'm not sure what is wrong, but our system was an upgrade from wowBB to myBB. (if that makes any difference)

When anyone makes a poll we are finding that users cannot vote because it states they already voted. BUT they did not!

I checked the community forum for poll problems and didn't see anything like this. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Wait a support team member to respond here as before you do this as there might be an easier way but you could probably just empty the pollvotes table.

I didn't think wowBB was supported by the merge system though, how did you do the conversion?
