I get many errors, i dont know why this happening

Not merge system support, moved to appropriate forum.

'Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated' is a plugin issue.

As for the other error, delete your ./inc/settings.php file and let it regenerate.

Which bit isn't working...?? There was an error with your settings.php file, deleting it and letting it regenerate itself would make the error go.
