can you suggest the best free webhosting

I would suggest you find some more reliable (and paid) hosting as x10hosting has had some issues with MyBB in the past and don't have an great reputation, plus their uptime obviously isn't great either.

I have said this in other threads as well but I don't recommend free hosting at all, its not worth the hassle and complications when you can get hosting that causes you none of this for $5 per month.
