I would suggest moving away from 000webhost, because, as now, they take your site down randomly, and they just are awful.

No point in trying to bump after 18 minutes, you can't bump for 24 hours, try and be a bit patient.

Remember only admins can see this and it's useful to debug some problems you might have in the future...
