so im trying to get a bank account in the US from Fiji from my paypal and google is failing me

any ideas

Don't think you can do that. I think offshore banking is illegal in the states.

I hate paypal and the "You need to be confirmed" thing.

If it doesnt need to be USA you could try HSBC for Europe.

For people in fiji paypal will only allow you to send money.

It won't matter. They only allow certian countries to withdraw to US Bank accounts.
