Ok. So I followed all the directions to a 't'. I uploaded the files and everything and installed it, and even though I specified a subdomain as the install location, it didn't install there. And then once it did install the main page was... off, it had absolutely no images at all.

I've uninstalled it, and have removed the files from the server, ect... I plan on reuploading/installing again later on tonight, to see if this remedies the situation, but please give me some advice in the mean time.

Thank you so much!

You don't just specify a subdomain where you want it, you have to have already created that subdomain and put the files in the webspace for the subdomain... you don't specify anything as the install 'location', the install location is wherever you put the files.
Hm. Well, that makes sense, but it still doesn't explain why the page had absolutely no images or like anything on it. Thanks for that advice though.
Because if you changed the Board URL setting, it wouldn't have been able to load images and CSS properly, because the URL you changed it to wouldn't have been pointing to where that stuff was.
Thank you~! Your advice worked perfectly Big Grin Sorry for bothering you but I have one more question:

Board Url Wrote:http://forums.galateanetwork.net/gnforum/index.php

Would there be anyway to remove the 'gnforum' part? So it would just be:

Preferred Board Url Wrote:http://forums.galateanetwork.net/index.php

If you could help me with this last bit I'll leave ya'll alone~! ;D
That'll be there because you've put the files in a folder called gnforum, so if you don't want that in the URL, don't put the files in that folder.
Ah. Thats what I figured. Well, either way, thank you soooo much~!
