I've used/use. I prefer corel because cutting images is so much easier.
I tried Corel Paintshop Pro, it is nice but it is really for photo editing and it lags on my pc (PS and GIMP run fine on my PC).
I was just thinking: If you learn to use free software (Linux, GIMP, gEdit, PHP) and then start a company you almost don't need to pay for licenses
