Buy used from local organizations. Cheaper. Only about 450.

For vectors if you need a free program,I heard inkscape does that.

I've used/use. I prefer corel because cutting images is so much easier.

Oh Okay then .

I tried Corel Paintshop Pro, it is nice but it is really for photo editing and it lags on my pc (PS and GIMP run fine on my PC).

I was just thinking: If you learn to use free software (Linux, GIMP, gEdit, PHP) and then start a company you almost don't need to pay for licenses .

Most people say that Photoshop is better but all those people do not use all the features of Photoshop .
