A few of my mods are doubling. I have an affiliates mod, and there are 8 affiliates now instead of the four I had before, two of each one. I had the Board Message plugin, and that is doubled. What should I do? I have tried deactivating and reactivating the mods, but no luck.
Find where they edit templates and remove the duplicate code. Chances are they've been deactivated and reactivated a couple of times and the code didn't get removed when deactivated, and got added again when reactivated.
The wierd thing is I hadn't deactivated them. Ever.
What template would the ads at the bottem be in?

Seeing as they only show on the index, it'll be in the index template.
