is it possible to automatically lock a thread when it's moved to a specific forum?

for example..I have a classifieds category set up on my forum with a few forums and each forum has an archive section for old ads...I basically want to automatically lock threads that are moved into the archives section where only the topic starter/mod/admin can unlock it.

Change the permissions so regular users cannot reply to topics in that board. Option is in the Admin CP, then "Forums and Posts"
