Hi guys,
I want to check and confirm the PM's that users send each other.
i dont want them to be sent before I approve them.
How can I do that?

You can't. If you are reading peoples PMs you should also put something in your registration policy stating that Private messages aren't private.

You'll need a plugin. Bit of an odd thing to do though. You'll have to make it very clear to members that you'll be reading them.

It also looks like your forum hasn't got the MyBB Copyright included....
