I have downloaded Member of the Month Plugin, but I cant to find Activate Plugin in ACP?

i have uploaded everything on that folder to respective directories, but still i dont see MOTM item on Plugin Manager?

It seems the plugin is like Signature Of The Week. Maybe the Author uploaded the wrong file.
