You may not uploaded all the files. Reupload the the files again. The install folder is in the MyBB upload folder.

well the first thing you have to do is download the file when you do that extract it to your desktop the find the folder called upload change the name to forum and ONLY upload EVERYTHING using a program like filezilla if you have filezilla all you have to do is drag the forum folder to your site it will take a while if there is any failed transfers just right click and reset and queu the file then if you did that everthing should be uploaded if this doesn't work maybe post the file as an attachment and I look at it to make sure its there

Install is a folder, not a file.

You have some weird setup because whatever URL I try and go to, it always redirects to the same page. Do you have a .htaccess file in your root folder??
