I am currently using HostGator to run my forum. I have a couple of members who are having an issue: When an email is sent to them sometime it does not show who the sender is. It just shows up as being blank for the sender/from email address. This error occurs in for both PHP mail and SMTP.

Any ideas?

If you are using PHP mail you can modify the headers in the settings to send a from address.
