Sorry if this is a noob question, but there doesn't seem to be a SQLite installer in the mybb installation program, in the drop down is just says "MySQL Improved" and "MySQL". I'm using IIS, the latest version of PHP is installed.

The SQLite isn't configured on the server....??

You should be able to use MySQL Improved just fine.
