Hey,
This is my website.
http://repulse.site.nfoservers.com/
When you login or logout this little box comes up saying:
"You have successfully logged in
You will now be directed to where you were before
(Click here if you don't want to wait any longer)"

How do I get it so when you login/logout that doesn't come up and it just logs you in keeping you on the same page without that little load screen.

ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages > Off. That'll be for guests and new users, you'll have to change it in your User CP Options. Note this'll disable those redirects everywhere, not just for logging in/out.
