Hii..
i just wanted to ask that is it true that if mybb wants then it can stop the page modification like i am gonna start a new forum and i personely like mybb but my partner says that what if later on mybb says that you cannot modify the templates then we wont be able to do anything..
so please tell me can mybb do that ???

No, why would we do that?? All that would do is lose us users and give us a bad reputation.

MyBB is licensed under GNU/GPL, do some research for yourself about what that means as its a very complicated topic but basically under this licence MyBB is guaranteed to be free forever and you may make and release any modifications to the MyBB software that you like providing you release these under GNU/GPL as well.

You can be completely assured that MyBB is the right choice for you if this is your concern.
