Is there any free plugin which can control -reputation?

example:

To registered members not be allowed to give -reputation.

Not those one. There is no function to allow some members to give reputations or not allow them to do that.

MyBB has that feature by default. You need to edit the user group in Edit User Group page.

But there is no option for it look:

How about uncheck the "Can give reputations to users?" checkbox?

But i want to allow them to give +reputation but not a -reputation. Got it?
