I saw a Plugin called "Adsense ads on forum display", it asks for adsense pub id.
I do not have an adsense account.
I just want to know is there any plugin like this that allows ad networks other than google?

Where to you want them to appear exactly? There are a few ad managers around here.

Probably the most popular plug-in for phpBB that allows the display of ads (and more specifically indicated in the PA HTML) to a fixed post (ie after the first post in each thread).
