Is there a way that a mod can be made or a feature could be made where a person can submit a thread in the form of a ticket? Like they can put in required specifications in order for a thread to be submitted. For instance, they would have to fill out the brand their computer is, how much money they paid for an order, the date of transaction, etc. and then describe their issue and submit the thread. Then when their issues gets resolved, a moderator can change their thread to say [Resolved] next to it.

Not really something that's going to be put in a forum system. This is a plugin request. I've almost finished something for marking threads as solved though.
