It's a shame MyBB doesn't have an option to prevent users ignoring staff.
On my forum, I've got a member who's ignoring me and I'm a staff member of that forum.
Please add this setting.

If the user ignores the staff I'd question the staff member's performance on the site.
Doesn't have to be behavior, could be from a warning, ban, anything really.
Or it could be a troll. Just wanting to annoy the admin/mod. Though this is a good idea.

Why is this necessary and why is it a problem if they ignore staff? If they ignore staff and fail to take note of something important they said then you ban the user like anyone else ignoring the rules, simple. Unless you run a policy where ignorance is a valid excuse on your forum....
