My forum has been working fine with the mysql host IP set to one thing. My host changed my server IP, and I can't change the database info (Ip, etc) since the forums are down.
What should I do?

well change what? like the info in mybb or cpanel
for mybb you can use a FTP (if you know your host's IP use that to connect)
for cpanel use the new IP and add /cpanel to login.
Open the ./inc/settings.php file and change any database and cookie settings that need to be changed then save and upload it. You should then be able to log into your ACP, then change any settings you changed again in the ACP configuration.
