getting error during uploading database backup !!!

I have changed hosting server
and then upload the folder of forum on new host
which downloded from previous host,
forum is not working
posts & members not showing
when I am trying to upload my database back then receiving the error
that the backup file is too large
total size of my database back is 82mb.

plz try to solve my problem..
