How do it get the buttons and graphics to show. I have downloaded SimpleBB V2. The Buttons and graphics are not showing up.. What can I do?

Where is that in the MyBB user CP?

You have to upload the images to your server In the dir. images/ as Mark said.
Also, you will need to "refresh/reload browser" when you are viewing them on your board.

This will let the new uploaded images show for you.

Sorry, I am new to doing this. SO i have to upload images through my Ftp server. And how do i place them in?
