It's just Afresh with some not-so-good modifications to it.

EDIT: Make that Afresh mixed with the MyBB Community forums theme.

The black panel doesn't look good on the silver header.

Dude, you forgot to include the images dir when making this theme.

CDATA[m-zero should be:
CDATA[images/m-zero

I put all the XML files in one dir, then fixed them right up with:

sed -i 's|CDATA\[m\-zero|CDATA\[images\/m\-zero|' *xml

Also, the tab doesn't switch position when I click on Portal.

Actually, I'm not seeing many of the images either.
