Here in my testing forum you can see the broken images:

The images are actually image attachments to the server. If you login (tester/tester), you see the pictures no problem.

What's the proper way of fix the display problem?

You've set it up so guests can't view/download attachments so there's nothing to show.

yes. been fixed. have to set uploaded img viewer-able by guests global wiseHuh
