I seriously don't know how. Also, the plugins page isn't working.

Log into your admin Control Panel and navigate to Configuration/General Settings.
But I do not know why your plug-ins page isn't working.

The plugin page not showing is usually the result of having a faulty plugin, do you have any plugins?

I removed the plugin and it's task, but the plugins page still won't load.

Configuration/General settings, where is that?

ACP>Configuration>General Settings (do CTRL+F and type General Settings if you don't see it)

I don't have a "configuration" section.

Configuration Tab:

Don't have one.

Printscreen of the ACP?? Where are you hosted??
